    So I updated Lexus software to latest version, upon selection of vehicle make, Iam brought to a screen where it asks to select a region. As soon as I press North America, tool freezes....only being able to use the power button to reboot the tool. 

    I did uninstall and reinstall Lexus/Toyota, however it was the same outcome

    So I decided to go back down to version 5.20 I believe, launched Lexus with no problem....did not freeze during vehicle selection. Is anybody else having this issue? And am I really missing anything from version 5.20 to 5.40?

     first time on this one, maybe others have not noticed yet
